Continuum of Collaborative Care Training Series

We are very pleased to announce registration is now open for the Continuum of Collaborative Care Virtual Training Series. Dates for the 3-part series are Thursdays, April 22, May 27 and June 24. For the most thorough understanding of the Continuum of Collaborative Care model, it is highly encouraged that participants register for the entire series.Geared towards professionals working with those dually diagnosed with mental illness and DD, traumatic brain injury and/or autism.
